Very convincing argument, full of facts and lacking emotional crap.
Lol no its full of cherry picked facts. I especially like how she highlighted Kavanagh's claim that precedent is settled law and then proceeded to explain how some precedents are and have been overturned.
As I mentioned earlier, she also highlighted how the senate is supposed to work with supreme court nominations and chided the politicizing of the hearings and cited nominations that were bi-partisan all while ignoring that her party was the first party in history that didn't even bother having a hearing for a supreme court nomination. She also chastised "dark money" and advocacy groups for opposing Kavanagh while being completely silent on the outside money that was advocating for Kavanagh.
She's now taking about Kavanagh's temperament by highlighting favorable comments from those in the judicial system while completely ignoring the comments from just as qualified individuals (including a former Republican supreme court justice) who have stated he is unfit.
So yeah, she's pretty convincing if you are ignorant on the subject.
