I am not sure, but I think the Nsw York State legislature has enough votes to override her veto. It does not make any sense why she vetoed such bill. I think she has buissness ties to buissnesses that rely on such agreements.

WTF, stuff like this is how Republicans can pull the wool over work class people's eyes. Hopefully the FTC final rule comes out soon and gets rid of these once and for all.

They are completely unenforceable in Oklahoma, so employers just make you agree to a change of venue, which should also be banned.
