And why would Katee join a show that's going downhill? I would think she would have been offered her own show. Especially considering how good she was in a limited role in the Bionic Woman?

this last season wasn't bad... good action, the story line was sub par though and the twists were very far stretched

From what I've heard Fox has already cancelled seven of their new shows that premiere in the fall.
The idea is to pre-emptively cancel any show that might actually be good, to avoid the unpleasantness of any future TSCC's.
