Seems like a pretty good deal! I have one of their other backpacks, and it's extremely well-built. I paid over $100 for it, used, and it has been well worth the money, seeing me through multiple international trips. I have never worried about the safety of my gear when inside my Kata bag!

I must say, though, a bag of this kind really only makes sense when somebody has at least 4-5 lenses. If you've got just a basic 2-lens kit, a smaller sling-type bag or a larger-but-more-standard-design backpack would probably work just as well, since you can easily re-configure most standard backpacks to hold stuff other than camera equipment. The revolving chamber in this one seems to be sized specifically for lenses, and while I'm sure you could stuff clothes, food, or other supplies in there, it's probably less than ideal.

Bought one. Along with a sigma 70-200 f/2.8 for my Sony alphas. Huge mistake looking at this deal. Spent over 10x. Definitely not a hot deal when you get lured into spending a bunch of money. Hopefully the lens will make me forget its cost.

Awesome bag, awesome price. But I agree with slash regarding its use as a bag for the serious photographer. If you have a few lenses, get something more practical for that purpose.
