I am using the below system. Someone mentioned SP2, but I am using this same KAV on my laptop at work with SP2 and no issues.

Can you help?

Has anyone solved this problem yet? Because I have the same probleme here right after installing SP2. Is there a fix or sumthing like that?

that would be weird, no more kaspersky for me then! I now have Avast!, works great and totally free! 🙂

i agree. weird. but that's just what i've heard. i personally use KAV and have not gone to SP2 yet, so i cannot confirm. maybe there's a later version than this 5.0121 that works with SP2.

I have converted two of my three machines to Kaspersky with one being Windows XP SP2 and the other Windows 2000 SP4. I have not had an issue yet but my XP version is 4.5.0.94 this is the Personal pro version.
