Without getting too P&N, what are some things if, given the chance, you'd ask this (evil) genius of a man?

He came to my school a few months ago. Being a controversial figure, he made quite a scene and drew many protestors. Be careful what you ask him; he's a professional and made everyone that criticized him look like a fool.

I'm very surprised this guy is staying active and in the limelight. Why doesn't he hang up the hat?

It wouldn't be his way. The guy is aggressive and he wants things done his way or the highway, no compromises.

2000 George W. Bush presidential campaign and the sale of Karl Rove & Co. 2000

In early 1999, Rove sold his 20-year-old direct-mail business, Karl Rove & Co., which provided campaign services to candidates, along with Praxis List Company (in whole or part) to Ted Delisi and Todd Olsen, two young political operatives who had worked on campaigns of some other Rove candidates. Rove helped finance the sale of the company, which had 11 employees. Selling Karl Rove & Co. was a condition that George W. Bush had insisted on before Rove took the job of chief strategist for Bush's presidential bid.[23]

During the 2000 Republican primary, a South Carolina push poll used racist innuendo intended to undermine the support of Bush rival John McCain: "Would you be more likely or less likely to vote for John McCain for president if you knew he had fathered an illegitimate black child?" [29] The authors of the 2003 book and subsequent film Bush's Brain: How Karl Rove Made George W. Bush Presidential, [30] allege that Rove was involved. In the movie, John Weaver, political director for McCain's 2000 campaign bid, says "I believe I know where that decision was made; it was at the top of the [Bush] campaign". McCain campaign manager Richard Davis said he "had no idea who had made those calls, who paid for them, or how many were made", and Rove has denied any such involvement. [31]

After the presidential elections in November 2000, Rove organized an emergency response of Republican politicians and supporters to go to Florida to assist the Bush campaign's position during the Florida recount.

Thank him for sinking McCain and giving us Bush in 2000. ;)

Trying to "nail" him in a discussion that he controls is retarded. Let's see, Karl "The Architect" Rove vs. a liberal arts major who puts up fliers when she's not picking food out of her dreadlocks... that's a tough one. To be honest, I think maybe he's just touring colleges for the fresh meat.

Ask him if he's likely to vote for McCain if he found out that McCain fathered a illegitimate black child with an illegal immigrant Muslim woman who was seen in a car making out with a liberal Mexican woman with ties to WMD in Iraq.

Ask him why he didn't use his great political skills to help get someone better than George W. Bush elected to run this country.

In the fall of 1970, Rove used a false identity to enter the campaign office of Democrat Alan J. Dixon, who was running for Treasurer of Illinois. He stole 1000 sheets of paper with campaign letterhead, printed fake campaign rally fliers promising "free beer, free food, girls and a good time for nothing", and distributed them at rock concerts and homeless shelters, with the effect of disrupting Dixon's rally.

Nice.

To all you a-holes who say he's going to prison, on what charges? What investigation is there against him? Who is going to arrest him?

Ohh wait, there is no investigation, the Plame grand jury closed without charges, and he's innocent until proven guilty. The odds of Rove even being arrested are at or near 0%, get over it.

You've made two posts in this thread so far on the first page, and both have provided nothing of any sort of usefulness to the conversation. Congratulations.

McCain's wife had been smuggling prescription drugs from an organization she created herself for her own uses...I don't think this endeared McCain to the Republican party. Not to mention he's a terrible flip-flop. He'd fit right in here in California.

Agreed.

Someone asked why he's still active - because people are still willing to pay him for a fresh dose of smoke up the ass.

Bush said early on that he wasn't going to lead an imperialist nation. Oops, I guess that's forgotten.
We're at war because of 9/11! No wait, they're making WMD's! No wait, we're after Al-Queda again! No, wait, now we're spreading democracy by force! No wait, now it's the war on terror again! "Stay the course." "We were never stay the course."
