That's what really gets to me about the evangelicals; how they can turn to such a despicable racist godless man and give him virtual sainthood, anointing him via preaching poisonous politics from their pulpits while seamlessly intertwining it with religious doctrine.

I wonder if they dropped down to their knees and gave praise to the heavens as they witnessed Trump and his lackeys teargas and jackboot their way through a peaceful demonstration in order to allow Trump, with cameras rolling, wave a bible over his head in front of a church.
