Kareoke Machine Question

I bought a Singing Machine "hard rock academy" SMG-180 kareoke machine. It connects to the TV with 3 RCA cables (the 3 color coded VCR connectors, thats what they are called right?). My question: Will it work on a Secam system? I want to send it to Russia, and I want to know if an adapter or converter is necessary in order to make it connect to a Russian vcr/tv.

Dude, they are no longer a threat to the US, we are becomming friends, there is no reason to attack them in such an evil way as sending working Kareoke machines. 😀
