Karen's Replicator

I am using Karen's Replicator to backup files onto my new external Seagate 7200.12 1TB hd. Most files were backup correctly when the backup job was first run, but some files were copied as 0 byte files, with modified date changed to current date. The files were part of my vm containing windows 2003 server, which I'm sure was not running at the time. They were:

vmware-0.log
winNetStandard.nvram

Funny thing is when I run the job a 2nd time, the files were copied w/o problems. This is just one example. Some files in other but not all folders have the same problem.

Has anyone come across this problem w/ Karen's Replicator?

Those two files in particular are deleted and recreated when you start up the VM. I wouldn't be too concerned that they were 0 bytes.
