So does anyone have this game yet? If so... how is it? Looks pretty good to me. I heard it had kinda poopie graphics but that doesn't really matter.
 
Gamespot says it's no good. That's good enough to keep me from buying it.

Apparently the story, characters, gameplay and graphics are really bad.
 
View is over the shoulder [similar but worse than Gears of War] so it takes a bit to get use to.
Lots of swearing, blood, gore, etc - reminds me of GTA3.
You need to log into Windows Live in order to save games 🙁

Edited - changing to DirectSound fixed the crashes... however, graphics must not be optimized as any areas with a lot of detail = major slowdown.

After about 30 minutes of playing - I've watched A LOT of cut-scenes and killed A LOT of police. Definitely feels and plays like a console game.

Definitely a bargain bin game...

They gave it an 8 so maybe it is a good game, but right now there are so many great games out, and coming out that just being good isn't good enough.
