Kabini mini-itx boards finally available, Bay Trail mini-itx on the way

I've been keeping an eye out for mini-itx with fresher hardware and just noticed Newegg has a couple of Kabini based boards in stock:

A bit disappointed in the lack of SATA but can always slap a SATA card in the PCIe slot unless you need it for something else.
