Just curious, is it worth using the AVX support on the Kabini (small "Cat" cores from AMD) APUs?

I just bought a small AIO with a Kabini APU, and it supports AVX according to CPU-Z.

Although, it's so slow for normal stuff, I fear running DC at the same time I'm actually using it.

Malwarebytes scans with the internet radio going, uses up 100% CPU time.

Edit: Now running Einstein@Home tasks on the IGP. Doesn't seem to affect all that much, surprisingly. At least now I can crunch Einstein@Home, I wasn't able on my HD4850 cards.

I have an Athlon 5350 that I've been running collatz and primegrid on. I'm not sure how to tell if AVX is affecting it or not but it seems to be completing primegrid PPS LLR tasks around the same speed as a Core2Quad at the same clock speed.

I had to quit running collatz on it because i started getting large collatz tasks that wouldn't finish before the deadline. I am switching it to Einstein now.
