KA7 memory performance problem

I recently switched from a K7V to a KA7. My sisoft memory scores on the k7v were 468/514 running at 149 mhz 2-2-2, but on my KA7 I get 371/424 at 149 mhz TURBO, 4-way interleave, NO DELAY, cas 2. Why has memory performance droped so drastically? I look at reviews and sisoft scores on KA7 motherboards are nothing to brag about. K7V score are really high on all systems.
