KA7-100 or K7V-T Which is better for w2k?

You don't really have a choice. The KA7-100 will not run your BIRD reliably, probably won't even boot. The K7V-T still uses the KX133 chipset but the extra capacitors added to the cpu interface appear to correct the problems.
