k8tpro...really weird

I have a Soltek k8tpro with a 3000+ and 512 samsung ram. On a 9/9 (cpu/ram) divider I can get it upto 243 fsb stable which is awesome for generic samsung ram. But when I lower the cpu/ram divider to 9/11 (166mhx max) in hopes of cranking up the fsb it wont even run at 243. I have the latest bios, this is really frustrating. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

make sure you drop your ldt to 600 or even 400 to push any higher. 275 is the highest fsb I have reached stable and I am running that now I have not drop the cpu multi to see if I can get higher. HTH

800 is acceptable for 243. Doesnt it seem odd that when I decrease the performance is it isnt stable?
