K8T800 Pro Motherboard Question

I currently have a Chaintech ZNF3-250 motherboard and 2x512 MB Corsair XMS PC3200 RAM, and it runs unstable with one and two DIMMs installed. Others have had similar problems I've found out, with the same board. So, I'm going to get a different motherboard and return this one.

Does anyone know of a good K8T800 Pro Motherboard with working PCI/AGP lock that will work with this RAM?

i picked up a abit kv8-pro and it works flawlessly with two 512m dimms @ 400 mhz (hyperx 3500 stuff). the newer batch of these boards also have working agp/pci locks.
