K8T800 or NForce3

I'm getting a A64 and I can't decide which chipset to go with. I've never OC'd, but I'm thinking about trying it. Does chipset matter much when OC'ing? Give me some suggestions on which board to get. I would need a board that is good for noob OC'ers. I don't use Raid and I plan on going with a 6800 GT VC. And I will have a Enermax ~500W PS also.

i read the anandtech article about motherboards with the k8t800pro chipsets. They overclock very well. It may be true that nforce3 overclocks a bit better, but we arent talking about much difference here, AND in my case, the price difference was way too large to get an nforce since both mobos had the same features.

hm, actually i just tried upping my fsb to 230 and my sata hd wouldnt run, so maybe there is something screwy with this mobo(k8t800pro)

DFI is awesome, but it is only for s754, I have it, and I can overclock like cake with her 😛
