K8ngm2-fid ram issues

Had trouble building this unit. k8ngm2-fid, amd x2 3800, 2 x 1gb pny pc3200, and 75gb wd raptor 10000 rpm hd. Initially could not install xp home with out problems. decided to take one module of ram out and try that. Install went fine. Then ram memtest 86 on the module that install went ok on, memtest found hundreds of errors and did not finish. Install other module and same thing. I have since rma'd that memory and received new corsair 2 x 1gb. Installed one module and ran memtest again on it and same thing errors, errors, errors. I am starting to think that I have mobo issues. Anyone have any suggestions? I have tried messing with voltages and timings, no dice. Still memtest shows lots of errors.

One more thing, when i do install 2 modules on board xp goes bananas.

Do you have a diffrent brand of RAM you could try? Maybe the board dosent like that RAM. You arent overclocking anything?
