Is this Nvidia Firewall the same as ActiveArmor?? How do I configure NvidiaFirewall?

Another Problem: I have Crosair XMS 400Mhz, but on Cpu-z it says its 200Mhz, how can I make my ram run the full 400Mhz, I've checked the ram sticks and it has a sticker on it saying its 400Mhz
