K8N or K8N4-E...??

One of my friend wants to change his mobo from K8S to some nVidia chipset (nF3 or nF4)......which is better choice?? K8N (nForce 3 250) K8N4-E (nForce 4-4x)...?? Is there any kind of issue in nForce 4-4x chipset??

First PCI-E is better for the future, so I'd go K8N4-E Deluxe.

Anyway, the only "issue" that I had was that I had to disable PEG Link Mode in BIOS because it overclocks your video card without asking you. I read an article that says the Connect3D video card has a flimsy heatsink so I'd get "failed VGA test on boot". I haven't had that since I changed that BIOS setting.
