K8N or K8N-E Deluxe

I'm planning to buy Athlon 64 3000+ (754 pins), but I'm totally confused about mobo. I can see two good mobos in market. Asus K8N-E Deluxe and K8N........I know the later one have less features compared to first one. Like K8N don't have Sil RAID, Gb LAN, and IEEE 1394 ports. But is there any actual performance difference in these two??
 
theres no performance difference no, but i got the K8N-E Deluxe as i can make use of the extra features it has, plus its nice to have something fairly top flight too

i belive from the prices of these boards, (here in uk anyway) it makes sense to buy the K8N-E Deluxe anyway even if you dont need all the features
 
Why not get the DFI UT 250Gb instead? It doesn't have the Silicon image RAID but it is far more overclockable, if the latter is a concern to you.
