First of all, my lan doesn't seem to work. I found an old pci ethernet card and am using that. I put my router in both of the onboard lan inputs and tested it, but the pc isn't able to communicate with the router.

MSI live update tool not working. I get to the site, but I don't see the list on the left. I have enabled active x controls like the site tells me to, but still don't see the menu.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, this is my first build. I used the cd that came with my computer to install the live update. I'll try un and reinstalling to see if that solves the update issue. Hopefully, when I get the update issue resolved, I'll update the bios and get the lan working...hopefully...

Yeah, I did. I uninstalled the live update then reinstalled. That solved the problem. When live update was working, I updated the lan and mobo drivers and that fixed the lan :) I was also having a weird isue with the audio in my headphones (front panel) being reversed. I switched the inputs to the opposite of what the manual says to do and that straightened everything out. Everything's up and running smoothly now. Time to read up on overclocking before I mess with anything :D
