This board has TWO jacks for Cat5.
I do not have any plans on using the board for ics or any other use for two nics. Speed is not really an issue, as this is a small home network and even 10baseT would have been satisfactory to me. I am also behind a decent firewall on my router, so I do not plan on using the onboard nvidia firewall.
So aside from these issues, what advantages/disadvantages would there be in using one over the other? Would use of one and disabling of the other help with overclocks? Meaning, would having only one enabled make the stability improve some? If so, which one would you suggest using? The Nvidia or the Realtek?
