Hi, i am hving some problems with my surround sound setup, where there is no signal coming from the subwoofer channel to my home theare system. My system has a 6 channel input, which i am using to connect to my pc. All the other channels are working though. i have switched around the cables and tested every other way and my subwoofer is even working with my dvd or cabletv or tuner. So i am guessing that it has to do my my mobo. I have all the updated drivers.

Anybody else having this problem? Or anyone know a solution to this? Should i get a sound card instead? Which one would you recommend for a decent price for 5.1 sound, with good configuration software.

Also is there any other configuration software for the realtek AC97 audio, besides soundman?
