k8n Neo 2 platinum bios update problem

Hi i was having some problem with my USB controllers because they would not work in 2.0, so i updated the bios to 1.B0 which says it fixes the bios issue, But now when i try to go into the bios, the system crashes, nothing show up. Windows loads up perfectly fine though. However i get these statics lines in my desktop that keep on appearing and reappearing. Please help, what do i do to fix my bios?
