So I have a brand new system, but it won't boot,
Mobo K8N-E
CPU A64 3200
Video 9800AIW
RAM 2x 512 Geil
PSU X Connect Modular 500W
When it starts up, the screen is just blank, no beeps, the fans are spinning the power light on the mobo is on. The cd rom drives power leds go on and off in unison, not sure if they are powering off or not. I have tried it with just the bare bones, PSU MOBO RAM CPU VGA and still nothing. I tried it with a 350 antec psu as well too, same thing. Tried with a different VGA same thing. I tried the ram sticks individually, still nothing. The PSU definately has the proper amperages. I guess I'm down to either RMAing the CPU or mobo? what do you guys think, have I missed anything? Or has anyone else had similar problems?
