K8N-E onboard sil3114 bios update???

Well, can you do that? mine is running 5.0.39, and I see on this site
http://12.24.47.40/userSetSess...2WJi7&cid=2&t=
that the current is 5.0.44.

The bios utility says it is for addin cards only not mac or onboard, but I saw posts on nforcers site indicating otherwise? Whatgives????

on board sata or any other type of onboard controller bios. When you update the mb bios that also gets updated. If the manufacturer includes it in the bios update.
