K8N-E Deluxe or KV8 Pro ?

ABIT KV8 Pro or ASUS K8N-E Deluxe which board would be a better choice w/ minor overclocking as it will be used w/ a 1GB Corsair Value Select Module to facilitate an upgrade to 2GB at a later date. Also does this 1GB Corsair module look good for use w/ these 2 boards? Corsair VS1GB400C3

stick with the nforce 3 board. its a better performer overall.

Thats what I was leaning towards but the Abit board got a some fairly good reviews so I was looking into it too.
