K8n-dl no display

I have just got a new K8n-dl motherboard to be used with 2 Opteron 852 cpu's. I have tried using a pci card as well as a pci express card in their respective slots but still i get no display at all and no beeps either. The green led for power does come on and the cpu fans do start but that is all i am using a 24 pin and 8 pin 500 watt power supply.

The cpus seem to be installed ok and also cpu light stays of meaning they are installed ok. i also get no post messages on screen because screen doesnt come on period.
Please help i need help urgently. Is this related to motherboard or cpus, or something else. I did understand that this motherboard would work with these cpus. Also atleast the display should come on, all i get is No Signal and then it turns of the display that is.

Thanks to all and anyone that can point me in the right direction.
Another thing if i get cpus removed and restart it will it display with graphic card or even beep or not, any way to know who the culprit is.
 
I can't help you out, unfortunately, but you might try asking your question over at the 2CPU forums. Those guys deal almost specifically with duallies and multi-cpu systems, and quite a few of them have the same mobo you do.
