K8N 2x512 No Post

Just put together:

AMD64 3400+
2x512 OCZ PC3200 DDR 400 CAS2 3-3-6
Asus K8N mobo
6800 GT 256mb
200gig Seagate HD

It boots fine with either stick as long as I only put one in. As soon as I put two in, things get power but there's no video and the CPU fan does not get up to speed. Also, there's no beeping going on. I have tried every possible bank combination and I've been playing with the RAM timings to no avail.

Any suggestions?
 
try going into the bios, and loading default settings. These aren't the fastest, but are usually the most stable.
 
I ran into a similar dilemma with my k8v deluxe. All you should do is run one stick for the time being, update your bios to whatever is newest (1009 or something) and it should fix everything up.
