K7V problem, ram not detected properly...

I have 128 megs of Mushkin with Mosel Vitalic Rev.2 ram, but my system detects it as 64. What's weird is that it worked fine (128 megs) for more than 1 day...(at 133mhz 2-2-2) I've tried changing dimm slots, setting voltage to 3.3, because default was 3.4, but nothing works. Please help me if you have any ideas. Here are my specs:

Asus K7V with 1006 bios (sound disabled)
800mhz Athlon not o/c yet
CLA2 geforce2 gts still at 200/333
SB Live! value with Cambridge fps2000
SMC network card
pioneer 16x dvd
