I bought a k7t turbo board. I found on it a yellow sticker that say 100fsb cpu only. Do not remove. And the board will not run 133 fsb even though according to the manual it should. Anyone ever seen anyting like this before?

Edit i wanted to add this has the newest bios...

"Will not" as in it isn't stable at 133 or "will not" as in it refuses to do it
period? You have to remove the jumper on the board before it can do 133...

Hey bud the original Turbo you have is a KT133a unit and supports 266FSB. I believe it has a jumper for 100/133.

There is a jumper near the AGP slot that you have to remove to get to 133MHz. As for that sticker, I dont know what the hell it is, all K7T Turbos should do 133MHz no problem.

Thanks guys. I am well aware of the jumper. I assure you itis bare...

It will not run 133 as in there is simply not option to in teh bios. This is a revision 3 board...

Sounds to me like he has a stripped down Turbo, maybe a 6330 Lite Edition or something to that nature.

Naw it seems to be a defective board. I switched it out with anotehr msi board and this one works fine.

Thanks for the help guys. Looks like this one goes under warrenty...
