K7T Turbo w/ 900MHz locked VS same unlocked, is there that much boost?

It's been a real hassle trying to unlock my cpu. Right now I'm running really nice and I hate to break it down and start all over to overclock.

I'm wondering if the performance boost is worth it.

I can still bring the FSB up to about 115 making my cpu run at about 1.03GHz.

Would there be that much performance boost by unlocking and bringing my FSB to about 140 and my cpu to about 1.04GHz from the 115/1.03 stated above?

If you were benching your memory, you'd see quite a boost in the scores.
As for CPU scores, they take a hit from lowering the multiplier. It's all part of the game🙂
If you're able to run reliably at the 115MHz bus, hey, your overclocking as it is, and thats always a good thing😀

The condition for a good boost going to a 133 FSB but lower CPU multiplier is when a process is memory I/O bound. If a process fits entirely with the L1/L2 caches, then the higher multiplier will yield faster results. These conditions can vary wildly between and within applications. You may or may not notice any difference in your primary computer usage. Trying both is the only way to find out in your case.
