K7T turbo & duron 1.2 gig ... = no boot!!!

got a new msi k7t turbo and a new duron 1.2 gig..
hooked up the hdd ram and vid card.. and

the first time it showed the vid card bios then went black..

after that it doesn't boot.
and there are no beep signals...

i tried reseating cpu.. mobo , ram and made sure hdd cables were correct..
what can i do???

Doesn't that MB have the DLED diagnostics?
What do the LEDs indicate?

leds indicated a damaged cpu..
so i returned it and got it going today.
