I am trying to help a lady at work. Someone sold her a system witha K7SEM motherbaord and a mobile Athlon 4 1100 processor. She is having problems with the system locking up. The BIOS is set for stock voltage of (I believe) 1.7. Should this chip be able to run with a stock heatsink at this voltage?
