K7SEM + 1900 + 512meg PC133 = WinXP Home crashes

I've had an ECS K7SEM rev 1.0 motherboard for two years with a 1.1ghz Duron. This past week I got an Athlon 1900+ and it has been running at 1.2GHz due to the 100MHz bus thingy. I changed the BIOS to 133MHz and it detects it correctly, but now my Windows (XP Home + SP2) install refuses to boot.

I've got two PC133 generic DIMMS, one 256meg and one 512meg. With both in it will only boot in 100MHz mode, 133MHz mode gives a nice fuzzy grey screen on reboot. With just the 512meg DIMM in 133MHz mode Windows starts to load in safe mode but it fails shortly after the GUI comes up.

So any ideas what might be the problem here? I'd really like my extra 400MHz speed.

Thanks.
