K7S6A is only counting 64MB of memory ??????

My new ECS K7S6A m/b will only report having 64MB of memory.

I have 2 Crucial 256MB sticks ( both tested ) and with either one or indeed both the Bios Window Sandra ( this does report them as being Crucial 256 ones tho ) etc reports only 64MB installed .

Any ideas anyone or just send the board back !!!!!!!!!!
