Does anyone know if the K7S5A can set multipliers for unlocked CPUs?

nope.


not much overclocking functionality, even with the modded bios. All you get is FSB adjustments.

Youll have to physically modify your CPU and/or motherboard to get voltage and mult. adjustments.

If the mobile XP has PowerNow! as the mobile K6 had, the multiplier is software selectable through a simple program.

Not for the mobile XP, I haven't heard of anyone attempting to use the mobile XP on desktops or a PowerNow! utility for the mobile XP. Necessity is the mother of invention.

One of the mobile K6 utilities was known as K6Speed written by Kyle Brant and I can't think of the other one off hand.
