sometimes it just reboots, this happens rarely, im running my tbird 1.4 @ 1.4, 133fsb, and its about 50 c under load, i havent done the chipset "double side tape' fix yet and i was just wondering what could it be.

also its running at 1.85 v, coz at normal voltage it wont run properly, more random reboot.

and i have to leave my side case open otherwise it gets too hot in there.

and i have a Thermaltake 6Cu HSF with one 8cm out take case fan.

room temp is about 21c

Sounds like a heat or PS problem. Both are indicated and should be checked/addressed. Since you have the case open try directing a small fan at the box and do some tests. If not that then I'd look hard at the PS or line conditioning. Might want to try lowering that vcore voltage just for giggles also. ;)
