That really depends on what you are doing with it. 512 SDRAM will be much better if you have three bazillion programs open at once, the 256 DDR will be better just about any other time. Go with the DDR, I say.

Huh? Could you explain why? I've never heard of that.
 
Precisely... most of the time, you won't have enough programs or services running on your computer to where 512mb will be used. And since DDR will give better performance than standard SD-RAM, I would go ahead and go with the 256 DDR. If you notice your page file being overly used, the 512mb PC133 might be better, but chances are this will not happen.

Got ya. I thought you were meaning DDR is inferior to SDRAM when running bunch of programs.
