K7s5a Pro - Which HoneyX Bios to use?

Just installed the k7s5a pro. i have a duron 700mhz cpu.

went to the HoneyX bios site: http://www.lejabeach.com/ECS/ez.html

Which bios version should I use? Also, is there another k7s5a tweaked bios out there? if so, link?
