K7S5A Motherboard Bios Flash

Where do you disable the protecton so I can flash the bios? I looked in my manual and I looked at ECS's website. Not much help there. I can not find a jumper.
 
There is no protection jumper on this motherboard.

Just download the AMI flash util and the correct .rom from ECS' website, and boot to pure dos.

THen run the flash utility with the rom filename.
