Help - is this even POSSIBLE?

I bought a new K7s5a only a month ago. It was working fine with a XP1700+ on an old (4 yrs) Sparkle 300W power supply, and I had it overclocked to XP2000+ speeds running 147/147. Then one day, the PS decides to blow. I borrowed my friend's Sparkle 250W power supply, hooked that up, and machine ran fine for a day. THEN, that too blew... so I went out and bought an Enermax 350W, plugged things back in... and it won't POST anymore! I had already done the heatsink mod and I want to take it back to the shop... but obviously I will need to remount the original ECS heatsink to have a chance of getting an exchange.

Anyone have any ideas?

How 'bout standing in for having blown it actively, instead of trying to cheat the shop into thinking it's a warranty case?
