k7s5a CPU Throttle?

Hey Gang,
Does anyone know how to enable the CPU throttle bit on this motherboard, similar to using WpCredit or so? I've got my Duron 750 running at 1Ghz and would like to cool it a bit more.

I downloaded the prog...I am unsure on what it does...Is it just a software cooling prog?

Does anybody know how to use it to oc the fsb a bit?
