K7S5A BIOS settings regarding memory and more...

I'm using a XP 1700+ chip which the motherboard recognizes so the bios can't be that old...
also 1x256MB Crucial Cas2.5 DDR

The current settings are: (possible settings in parenthesis)

Graphic Win Size: 64M (12-128)
DRAM Timing Config: Ultra (safe, normal, fast)
DDR Cas Latency: 2T (2.5, 3)
DDR Ras Active Time: 6T (7)
DDR Ras Precharge: 3T (4)
CLK GEN Spread Spectrum: Disabled

So, at the moment, i'm pushing it at far as it'll go... and the system run 100% stable. I'd like to push it a bit further if possible.

1. Will a newer BIOS allow for even faster settings?
2. When people refer to the memory timing like 2-2-2, or 2-3-2, is that the Latency/Active/Precharge? If so... mine would be 2-6-3 which is something I've never heard of ?
3. What shoudl I do about the Graphic Win Size and CLK GEN?

Also, my settings differ from the one reviewed HERE in that I don't have the higher FSB/Memory options available (max at 133/133), and also the memory settings as described above.

Is this caused by a difference in BIOS version or revision of the entire board?

ok, forget about the FSB. what about the memory timing? the ecs on that link seems to have more aggressive timing?
