K7S5A Bios question.

I had to reset my settings on the mobo bios. What is the "Clk Gen Spread Spectrum" feature. What will it do or not do. Are there features on this mobo that are defaulted to disbled that should be enabled.

Just leave it disabled and no I haven't found any of the disabled settings beneficial for a typical system config with the K7S5A. Adjustments are dependent on what your config is ofcourse but generally I just adjust mem timings, the boot device order and disable the stuff I don't use like com ports and on-board sound and modem.
