K7S5A and CPUFSB?

Has anyone had any good results using this little tool? I really dont won't to flash the bios with a beta one to be able to tweak it very much, but if I can do it in windows, why not. I have heard that this board is not ths most aggressive OC'er but I always like free performance.

On another note, the board has worked great so far and I am very pleased with the price and being able to use PC133 for now to save on cost.

I'm assuming the "little tool" you are referring to is CPU Cool? I toyed around with it a bit and it worked OK. I was able to get my 1333 to 1430, but that was about it. It is kinda querky, but I just had to keep messing around with it. I was also using the OCing BIOS, but I don't think that would make any difference.

I tried it & it works fine, boot from true DOS, then run it, after you select the FSB you want it will stay at that fsb until you go into your bios & set it to something else.

jsmckenna45431, It is NOT cpu cool. it's a nice little tool you use in dos to change the fsb.
