k7 CLK_CTL what is this setting in MSI K7T pro2A BIOS ???

MSI K7T Pro 2A mobo, in the advanced chipset features this item is listed with no detail as to what it does. It is not even shown in the manual, and my bro has the same mobo, purchased about 2 weeks after mine and he doesn't have this setting at all.
The options are optimal and default, I use the optimal setting.

Just wondering if anyone knew what this setting effects, anyone else have this setting in BIOS or is this a freak mobo?? Both these boards are the same Rev. #??????

I have this option in my BIOS as well (same board). As far as exactly what it does, I couldn't tell you as this is the only board I've seen with this option, but I have mine set to optimal as well......

what BIOS version are you using? I use the OC bios, maybe it is a feature of this particular version bios

I'm using the OC BIOS myself.....and I don't remember it being there in the 2.2 BIOS, but I could be mistaken

I have it set to optimal, just wondering what it did.

as for Orange Delta there is nothing at that site, last updated in Dec. 2000, no tips, no tweaks, no info.
