K6-3 400 + Windows ME = Kernal32.dll error

[Nullity]

I've been trying to setup this machine with Windows ME. The only problem is it is unstable. I get this message:

"Rundll32 has caused an error in Kernal32.dll. Rundll32 will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer."

The setup is:

Fic VA-503+
AMD k6-3 400 @ 400
PC100 128

Any ideas?

Hrm..I tried swapping RAM and it looks like that was the problem...so far.
