k6/2 333 passive cooling

Hi guys iv just built my girlfreind a compy from old bits i had, its got an amd k6/2 333( i know speak and spell springs to mind lol) she only needs it for office and playing freecell lol, Can the 333 be passivly cooled as the fan thats on it is very loud???

I'm sure it could be passively cooled easily, but a simpler (and less expensive) solution would just be to undervolt the fan. Do a 7V mod on the power cabling leading to it, or just redirect it to the 5V line of your PSU.
